Al founded Atlantic in 1999, bringing with him a strong background in sales from both small independents and major blue-chip companies. Over the years, he has overseen the growth of the business into one of the region’s leading kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom specialists. Now gradually stepping back into partial retirement, Al continues to play an active role in the day-to-day running of the company, while also carrying out bathroom surveys and project management within the bathroom division.

June has been part of Atlantic since its earliest days, supporting Al in building the family-run business. Married for over 40 years, she now works on a part-time basis as she eases into retirement. Her role focuses on accounts preparation and the administrative tasks that keep the business running smoothly, including regular contact with suppliers on payment matters. June is gradually handing over many of her responsibilities to Anna, who is taking on a growing role within the company.

Lewis joined Atlantic in 2005 and has been instrumental in shaping the growth of both the showroom and online side of the business. As Sales Director, his day-to-day role includes overseeing operations, driving financial and strategic direction, and leading key growth initiatives. He also manages kitchen and bedroom projects from design through to completion. As Al moves toward retirement, Lewis will take over the full operation of the business, supported by the wider team.

Mark joined Atlantic in 2013 and brings a wealth of knowledge from over two decades in kitchen and interior design. His career spans work with both independent retailers and national brands, giving him a well-rounded understanding of the industry. At Atlantic, Mark focuses on kitchen design and project management, working closely with clients to translate ideas into beautifully crafted spaces. His creativity, technical expertise, and practical approach ensure projects are delivered with precision and style.

Maria brings a strong blend of creativity and technical knowledge to Atlantic’s bathroom projects. With a degree in Interior Design and career experience spanning national plumbing merchants and leading kitchen retailers, she offers clients both industry insight and design flair. Working alongside Al, she carries out bathroom surveys, designs, and project management, ensuring a seamless customer journey. Outside of work, Maria has a passion for horses and has recently discovered a love of sailing.

Anna joined Atlantic in April 2025, bringing a strong background in organisation and support roles. Her responsibilities include handling invoices, credits, supplier queries, and day-to-day office administration. She also works closely with Maria on the planning and coordination of bathroom projects, ensuring smooth delivery from design to completion. Alongside her administrative role, Anna contributes to the company’s social media presence, helping to showcase projects and engage with customers online.
