 Helpful Info for Your Visit

  • We’re located on Waterloo Road in North Norwich.

From the Outer Ring Road (A1042), exit at the Constitution Hill roundabout (B1150) and head south towards the city centre. After 400m, continue straight over the mini roundabout, passing Sewell Park Academy on your right.

At the bottom of the hill, with Christ Church on your left and a convenience store on your right, turn right onto Waterloo Road. You’ll find our showroom about 100 metres down, on the right-hand side.

  • Free parking is available at the front of our premises (3 spaces), with additional parking down the lane to the right of our building. We look forward to welcoming you.

  • We are generally closed on Bank Holidays and other public holidays.

If you’re planning a visit around these times, please contact us in advance to confirm opening hours.

  • We’re a family-friendly and dog-friendly showroom.
Well-behaved children are always welcome, we just ask that they’re supervised during your visit, as the showroom includes working appliances, fitted furniture, and displays.

Dogs are welcome too, but please keep them on a lead, some displays may be unfixed or under construction, and we want to keep everyone (and everything) safe.

Thinking About a Project?

If you're planning a new kitchen, bathroom or bedroom, we’d love to help. Here’s how to get started and what to bring along to your design appointment.

  • We welcome you to browse our showroom at your leisure, but for dedicated one-to-one advice, we always recommend booking a design appointment in advance. Whilst our showroom is open for casual visits, we can't always guarantee that a designer will be available to sit down with you without a prior booking.

If you’re working with an architect, builder or interior designer, feel free to bring their drawings or plans with you, we’re happy to collaborate.

  • To help us make the most of your appointment, it’s useful to bring:

    • A simple sketch with room measurements

    • Photos or a walkthrough video of the existing space

    • Notes on your needs, preferences, and style

    • Inspirational images or colour palettes

    • A rough idea of your intended budget – we understand this may feel sensitive, but it helps us tailor recommendations to suit your expectations from the outset

  • Our installation lead times can vary depending on the scope of your project and the time of year. We’ll always provide an up-to-date timeline and do our best to accommodate your schedule. If you're working to a specific date, let us know early and we’ll advise accordingly.

What our Customers Say

We take pride in delivering thoughtful design, quality products, and excellent service — but don’t just take our word for it. Here’s what some of our recent customers have said.

FAQs

Got a question? These are some of the things we’re often asked — but if you can’t find what you need, just get in touch.

Is your showroom wheelchair accessible?

Yes, our ground-floor showroom is accessible via a step-free entrance. If you have any specific access needs, please contact us ahead of your visit.

Do I need to bring my builder or installer?

You're welcome to bring along your builder or installer if you wish. We can also coordinate with them directly as part of your project.

Do you charge for design appointments?

Our initial design consultations are free of charge. If you'd like us to carry out a home visit or prepare detailed plans, we'll always discuss any potential costs with you beforehand — with no obligation to proceed.

Do you supply and install, or just design?

We offer a complete in-house service — from design and supply to full project management and installation.

Do you sell to the trade or just homeowners?

While our main focus is on end-to-end projects for homeowners, we are happy to work with trade professionals and can discuss supply-only options on request.

How long does the full process take?

Every project is different, but as a guide, the design and planning phase typically takes 2–4 weeks, followed by scheduling for installation. We'll always provide a clear timeline based on your individual project and keep you informed every step of the way.
