Showers can seem confusing, but they needn’t be.  Understanding the different ways Digital, Mixer, Power and Electric showers work will take you one step nearer to choosing your perfect shower. The type of shower you choose and its performance will be influenced by your water system. For example, if you have a gravity fed system and want to install a mixer shower, you might also need to consider fitting a pump to boost performance. However, if you have a mains fed water system, you will not be able to add a pump to your installation, but may well have good water pressure already enabling a good performance from any mixer shower.

If you are interested in having Atlantic conduct your installation, we would arrange an appointment with you to come and conduct a detailed site survey. Following our visit we will be better placed to advise you on all of the different types of products that will be suitable for your project.

Wet rooms can be installed anywhere in your home, either upstairs or downstairs and they are ideal for both wooden and solid floors. Whatever space you have from a large luxury bathroom to the most compact en-suite, Atlantic can provide the perfect wet room solution for you.

If space allows, a walk-in enclosure with a fixed panel screen is the ideal choice. With no moving parts they provide the simplest maintenance and for customers seeking a contemporary bathroom they offer the ultimate minimalist look.

For a smaller en-suites, frameless enclosures with beautifully crafted hinged or infold doors provide complete shower screening, and can still be used on a wet room style tiled floor to achieve a ‘level access’ cubicle.

Alternatively, all of our cubicles and shower doors can be installed on ‘low profile’ shower trays, ideal for those wanting a low step but without the additional work required for a wet room.

Specialist wet room showering solutions are also available for elderly people or people with mobility difficulties. We have a range of complementary products including support rails, designed to provide added stability, and robust shower seats, which come free-standing or wall mounted and can be fitted at varying heights to suit the user.
