Dear Mr Valori,
We have now had over two weeks to appreciate the excellent modernisation of our bathroom.
Please accept our thanks for your guidance in helping us to arrive at a result which is both pleasing in appearance and so good in operation. Elderly hands find it essential to have easy to operate taps and controls!
Also, we are grateful to John for his excellent multi skills, so visisbly proven by the excellent tiling that is a grand setting to the quality installation.
Your confidence to the effect that distrurbance would be minimal; rubbish cleared promptly; satisfaction assured; was quite justified.
